Thermovinification
What is the difference between Delta Extractys and Flash Détente?
Delta Extractys offers precise, adjustable phenolic extraction with lower water temperatures (65°C) and faster cleaning (30 minutes). Flash Détente requires overheated water (85°C), longer cleaning (2+ hours), and operates as an “all-or-nothing” process, often resulting in colour loss.
Can Delta Rotathermic be integrated into an existing thermovinification line?
Yes. Rotathermic modules are modular and can be installed as standalone units or in series. They can be linked to hot water boilers, maceration tanks, or presses within existing winery systems.
Delta Extractys – Phenolic Extraction
What types of wines are best suited to Delta Extractys?
Fruity, coloured, smooth red wines with elegant structure. These wines can typically be marketed within two years.
How does Extractys improve tank efficiency?
By using liquid-phase fermentation, Extractys reduces maceration times and tank immobilisation, allowing up to 30% more tank use compared to traditional vinification.
Delta Rotathermic – Coaxial Rotary Heat Exchanger
What is the Delta Rotathermic heat exchanger?
The Delta Rotathermic is a high-efficiency heat exchanger designed for even heating (or cooling) of your harvest in continuous flow. It uses a rotating shaft with blades to maintain consistent temperature and avoid overheating.
What is the main function of Delta Rotathermic?
It ensures uniform heating or cooling of grapes using a coaxial rotary heat exchanger with a central mixing shaft to prevent overheating.
Lyna Pervélys – Dissolved Gas Management
What does Lyna Pervélys do?

How does the membrane system work?
The Lyna Pervélys is a dissolved gas management unit that uses patented membrane contactor technology to precisely adjust dissolved carbon dioxide and reduce oxygen in wines, in real time. It ensures optimal preservation and quality for both still and sparkling wines.
What are the benefits of Lyna Pervélys?
The Lyna Pervélys offers precise, automated control over dissolved gases with full traceability and minimal gas consumption. It improves product consistency, enhances sparkling wine bubbles, reduces oxygen by up to 99%, and integrates seamlessly into tank-to-tank, filtration, or bottling line processes
