Standard Foam Pipe Cleaning Pigs

A non-abrasive pig designed for product recovery, line wiping and internal flushing of winery and brewery transfer lines.

 Manufactured from soft, compressible foam, it travels smoothly through stainless steel and food-grade polymer pipework while maintaining gentle, consistent contact with the internal wall.

This pig is commonly used for product separation during changeovers, recovery of residual wine, beer or cleaning solutions, and as a follow-up pig after abrasive cleaning to flush loosened debris from the line. Its non-abrasive design makes it suitable for routine use where pipe protection is critical.

Suitable for food-grade applications including wineries, breweries, distilleries and beverage processing facilities.
