Built for the demands of a working crush pad, the Capp-Plast Industrialbox 1095 C is a 660-litre, heavy-duty HDPE plastic pallet box designed for bulk storage and transport of liquids, must, bulk grapes and general winery product, without the weight, rust, or replacement cost of a steel bin.

Its closed, tight-bottom-and-wall construction makes it stable and leak-resistant for liquid storage (including musts, juice, wine, and cleaning chemicals such as mild acids and alkaline solutions), while its reinforced dual-wall structure with ribbed sides and base gives it an impressive 4,800kg static load rating so it stacks and stores safely under real winery conditions, from the crush pad through to cold room storage.

The 1095 C is non-toxic and food-industry suitable, frost-resistant for cold room and outdoor vintage use, and its external dimensions (1130 x 1130 x 760mm) are designed to optimise space in trucks, shipping containers, warehouses and cellar floor layouts. Configure it to your operation with optional fitted lid, forklift rails, drain plug, ball valve for controlled draining, corner wheels for manual movement, and label holders for batch/lot tracking.
