Bucher Vaslin Flavy X-Treme Lees, Must & Wine Filtration System
Bucher Vaslin Flavy X-Treme Lees, Must & Wine Filtration System
Recover More Wine From Lees While Reducing Waste
Filtering fermentation lees, fining lees, must and sediment can be slow, labour intensive and result in valuable wine losses. Frequent interruptions for rinsing and changing process settings reduce productivity and increase operating costs.
The Flavy X-Treme is Bucher Vaslin's advanced filtration system for must, sediments, lees and wine. Designed specifically to maximise recovery while maintaining stable flow rates, it enables long filtration cycles without stopping the machine or performing intermediate rinses.
Coupled with the DB pre-filter, the system removes coarse particles before membrane filtration, allowing efficient processing of sedimentation residues, flotation sediments, fermentation lees and fining lees while preserving product quality.
The optional 3-in-1 configuration allows wineries to filter must, lees and finished wine using a single machine.
