Built entirely from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, the BETA 40 ensures maximum hygiene, durability, and resistance to acidic grape juices. It prioritises fruit integrity by utilising soft, food-grade rubber rollers and a beater shaft equipped with rubber paddles, gently squeezing the grapes while removing bitter stems without breaking seeds. The integrated must collection tank features a continuous feeding auger to effortlessly move your crushed fruit down the line via a standard Ø 60 mm Garolla fitting.
