Built in Italy for modern wineries, it combines traditional vertical pressing with hydraulic technology to maximise juice quality while minimising harsh extraction.

Using Pascal’s principle, the hydraulic system multiplies pressure from a small piston to a large pressing plate, allowing controlled and even pressure across the entire pressing surface. This ensures grapes are pressed softly, avoiding excessive cell breakdown and limiting the production of unwanted lees. The result is cleaner must and higher-quality juice suitable for premium wines.

The Sirio 100 model fitted with a fully stainless steel AISI 304 basket offers excellent hygiene, durability, and easy cleaning. The robust construction includes a chrome-plated steel piston, large stainless steel must collection tray, and heavy-duty frame designed for winery use.

A double hydraulic pump with rapid approach function speeds up the pressing cycle while maintaining precise pressure control. The press is available with either a pallet base for forklift handling or a wheeled trolley configuration for easy movement around the winery.
