Manufactured from durable elastomer materials, these impellers are the core wear component responsible for the pump’s self-priming capability and gentle, pulsation-free transfer.

Kiesel impeller pumps rely on a flexible impeller rotating within an eccentric housing to create suction and consistent flow. As the impeller blades flex, they form a vacuum on the inlet side and compress fluid on the outlet side, enabling efficient transfer of liquids including juice, wine, must and other low to medium viscosity products.

Over time, impellers wear due to friction, speed, and product characteristics such as solids or abrasiveness. Regular replacement ensures optimal flow rate, pressure performance and prevents unnecessary strain on the pump.
