Liverani Minor 40 Impeller VMQ- Silicone

The LIVERANI Minor 40 Impeller is a genuine replacement flexible impeller designed specifically for LIVERANI Minor 40 series impeller pumps. Manufactured from VMQ silicone, this impeller is suited to applications where higher temperature resistance is required compared to standard rubber compounds.

Flexible impeller pumps rely on the impeller to gently move liquid through the pump chamber while maintaining self-priming performance. Over time, impellers wear due to heat, friction and chemical exposure. Replacing a worn impeller restores flow efficiency and protects the pump housing.

This impeller is commonly used in food, beverage, winery and industrial liquid transfer applications where gentle handling and temperature tolerance are important. Correct material selection is critical — VMQ silicone offers excellent heat resistance but is not recommended for abrasive fluids.
