Liverani S/P Series Bare Shaft Flexible Impeller Pump

Liverani S/P Series Bare Shaft Flexible Impeller Pump

Built for vintage crush, the Liverani S/P is a self-priming, low-speed, stainless steel flexible impeller pump with a bare drive shaft — designed to be coupled to your own motor, drive, or existing equipment. It's the pump of choice for wineries who already have a driveline (PTO, existing gearbox, or a motor they want to re-use) and simply need a gentle, reliable pump head.

The flexible impeller design moves must, whole and stemmed grapes, wine, lees and pomace without shredding skins, seeds, or delicate solids in suspension — critical for preserving juice quality during crush and racking. Fully self-priming, so no flooded suction line is required at the crush pad.

All wetted stainless steel components are AISI 304 (AISI 316 available), and the impeller is offered in Natural Rubber, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile or Silicone to suit your product and CIP/sanitising chemical regime. Sanitary connections available in DIN 11851, Triclover, SMS, BSP and more.

Ideal for: wineries and crush pads wanting a bare-shaft pump head to mount on existing drive equipment, trailers, or custom skids.
