Maurer Gép MKLB 1000 Electric Fruit Tipping Station

The Maurer Gép MKLB 1000 Electric Tipping Station is a heavy-duty automated bin tipping system designed for lifting and emptying agricultural fruit crates and bins into downstream processing equipment.

With a maximum bin capacity of 1,000 kg, the MKLB 1000 provides an efficient solution for cideries, orchards, juice processors and fruit-processing facilities handling large volumes of apples during harvest.

For the New Zealand cider industry, the MKLB 1000 is ideally suited to the front end of an apple processing line, allowing bulk orchard bins to be lifted and tipped into fruit washers, sorting equipment, grinders or other downstream processing machinery.

The hydraulic lifting system provides controlled movement throughout the lifting and tipping cycle. Operators can stop the bin at any position during lifting or lowering, while the steplessly adjustable tipping angle allows the rate of fruit discharge to be controlled according to the requirements of the processing line.

This provides cider producers with greater control over fruit flow from bulk storage bins into the processing system, helping to create a more consistent and manageable feed rate for subsequent apple washing, milling and juice extraction.

The MKLB 1000 is particularly suited to cider producers processing apples in bulk during the New Zealand harvest season.

Rather than manually emptying smaller bins or relying on forklifts to tip fruit into a processing hopper, the MKLB 1000 provides a dedicated mechanical fruit bin tipping solution capable of handling bins weighing up to 1,000 kg.
