RJT Step Seal – Food Grade Gasket for RJT Unions

Hygienic gaskets designed for use with RJT sanitary pipe unions commonly found in liquid and food processing systems.

 The stepped profile ensures the seal sits correctly within the RJT fitting and compresses evenly when the union nut is tightened, creating a reliable and leak-tight connection.

These seals are used to join stainless steel pipework and equipment where regular dismantling is required for cleaning, inspection or maintenance. The step design helps keep the gasket centred between the male and female union parts while preventing movement during tightening.

RJT unions are widely used throughout wine production facilities, including transfer lines, pumps, filtration equipment and bottling systems. Replacing worn seals is essential to maintain hygienic operation and prevent leaks in product lines.

Available in a range of sizes to suit standard RJT fittings used in winery and beverage processing pipework.
