Rousseau Exceptional Series French Oak Barrels

Rousseau Exceptional Series French Oak Barrels

For your highest-potential wines

The Exceptional Series is Rousseau's high-end selection, recommended for wines with great potential. It takes the quality of the core Rousseau barrel and adds tighter grain. Vidéo uses extra-tight grain staves air-dried for 30 to 36 months. All three models get a single, fixed toast and a steam process after toasting, so the profile is precise and repeatable. Choose Exceptional if the wine justifies the best barrel and you're ageing for 11 months or longer.
