Rousseau Traditional Range French Oak Barrels

Rousseau Traditional Range French Oak Barrels

The barrel that built Rousseau's reputation

The Traditional Range was Rousseau's first range, developed in the late 1990s with Burgundian winemakers who wanted consistency in oak and toast from year to year. Rousseau blends oak from several forest regions rather than relying on one forest. That gives you a similar profile every vintage, which matters when you're matching a house style across a whole cellar.

The range suits long ageing of 11 to 18 months.
