Tank Cleaning Horse – 316 SS CIP Cleaning Lance

This stainless steel tank cleaning horse is designed for effective internal cleaning of wine tanks using CIP systems.

Commonly used in wineries, it acts as a rigid spray delivery arm that connects a pump to a spray ball or cleaning nozzle, allowing cleaning solutions to be circulated throughout the tank without manual entry.

Used during standard winery cleaning cycles, the unit enables controlled delivery of water, caustic, and acid solutions to remove tartrate deposits, grape solids, and fermentation residue from tank walls and internal fittings.

Built from hygienic stainless steel components, this assembly is durable, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for repeated use in demanding wine production environments.
