TEM Mini Jolly Plate Filter for Wine – 6 or 10 Plate Filtration System

Manufactured in Italy, these filters have been produced since 1980 and are designed to provide effective filtration for wine, beer, fruit juice, oils and other food-grade liquids.

Using replaceable filter sheets, the Mini Jolly system allows operators to perform multiple stages of filtration including rough clarification, polishing, and sterile filtration depending on the grade of filter media used. The plate design provides consistent filtration performance while remaining simple to operate and maintain.

Each unit is fitted with a flow regulation valve with pressure gauge, allowing precise control of filtration speed and pressure. A built-in wine tasting tap allows the operator to sample the product during filtration to monitor quality and clarity.
