Pipe Cleaning Pig with Abrasive End

Designed for light internal cleaning of winery and brewery transfer lines.

The integrated abrasive scourer on the leading face loosens tartrate, yeast residue and general product build-up from the internal walls of stainless steel and approved polymer pipework.

The compressible foam body allows the pig to adapt to minor variations in pipe diameter, maintaining consistent wall contact as it travels through the line. This makes it suitable for routine line maintenance between production runs.

For best results, use this abrasive pig first to break up residue, then follow with a standard foam pig to flush loosened material from the line.
