Full-Wrap Abrasive Pipe Cleaning Pigs

A softer foam core is fully wrapped in an abrasive scourer material, increasing surface contact around the entire pipe circumference to remove light to medium scale, tartrate, yeast residue and product build-up.

The flexible foam core allows the pig to adapt to minor changes in pipe geometry while maintaining consistent wall contact through stainless steel and approved polymer pipework. This makes it suitable for routine cleaning and preventative maintenance in beverage production environments.

For best results, use this abrasive wrap pig to loosen internal deposits, then follow with a standard foam pig to flush residual debris from the line.
