YOKOGAWA AXG080 3" Magnetic Flow Meter

The Yokogawa ADMAG AXG080 is an 80 mm (3") magnetic flowmeter designed for accurate and reliable measurement of conductive liquids in demanding industrial process applications.

Part of Yokogawa's ADMAG Total Insight range, the AXG series uses Yokogawa's proprietary dual-frequency excitation technology to provide stable flow measurement while helping to minimise the effects of flow noise, including conditions associated with air bubbles and slurry.

The AXG080 combines flow measurement with advanced diagnostic and monitoring functions designed to support easier commissioning, operation and preventative maintenance. Depending on configuration, the instrument can monitor electrode adhesion, flow noise, conductivity, sensor empty conditions, electrode insulation and wiring.

The AXG080 is suitable for a broad range of process industries, including food and beverage, chemical processing, pulp and paper, metals and mining and other industrial applications involving conductive liquids.

The AXG080 is available in different configurations, allowing the flowmeter to be specified to suit the customer's process requirements. Available configurations can include integral or remote construction, different lining and electrode materials, process connections and communication protocols.
